We have a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, community building, pond views for any apartment, and walking paths throughout the community.
Our swimming pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We have full-size washing machines and dryers in every apartment.
We have designated pet-friendly apartments.
We require a $150 non-refundable pet fee and pet rent is $20 per month.
Yes, we have weight limits and a list of dog breed restrictions.
Not on our property but we do have one in Ankeny.
We have dishwashers, gas ranges, microwaves, refrigerators and garbage disposals.
We offer 6-15 month leases.
If a resident sends a package to the office we log it on NotiFi and then contact the resident. We will hold the package in the office until they are able to pick it up.
The fitness center is open 24/7.
We have treadmills, ellipticals, a multi-functional weight machine, and free weights.
We do not have quiet hours. To rent the community building there is a $100 refundable deposit and a $75 rental fee.
We take appointments as well as accept walk-ins.
Very accessible, we have a manager present at all times.
You will go to our website as our applications are completed online.
If we are able to get everything from the applicant we can have an application approved within 24 hours.
The price for this can vary. There will be a Security Deposit, Administrative fee, rent, and any optional amenities you choose.

We have residents make their payments online. There is an option to send a check to our corporate office as well.
You will go to our website. A debit/credit card or bank account will need to be added first. Then you will input the amount owed and then submit the payment.
There are no monthly fees to make an online payment, however, there is a processing fee if you use a debit or credit card.
We do not require it but we do recommend it.
We cover water, trash, and sewer services.
To set up gas and electricity you will call MidAmerican Energy.
We have our own internet and cable provider. We only use Bloom Broadband.
Residents are more than welcome to have guests. While on the property guests are required to follow all of the same rules and regulations as the lessee.
We do not offer price reductions for paying in advance or for signing longer lease terms. Rent is sometimes less with longer lease terms.
We do not offer subleasing.
To break a lease there is a $750 termination fee. If a resident is within their first lease and was given a move-in promotion they will have to pay that back as well.
We are near grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants.

The dog park is on the other side of town, which is about a 15 minute drive from Fieldstream.
We have walking paths throughout the community that are bike friendly as well. Then there are additional paths near our community.
Residents tend to shop at Hy-Vee, Target, and Walmart mainly.
Starbucks is the closest coffee shop and it's only about a 5 minute drive from Fieldstream.
We are located on the North side of Ankeny right past Ankeny Centennial High School on the left side.
